4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and delivery timelines are provided at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Our Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By purchasing from Kinova Sports, you agree to the terms of that policy, including:

30-day returns and exchanges
3-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects
Exclusions for products damaged during play
